Beautiful 6 meter bell tent that opens up to make a spacious party area including lighting. Perfect to accommodate your quests to provide shade and protect against rain. This tent makes a wonderful get together area for that special 

celebration.

 

5 and 4 meter bell tents supplied empty ready for you to move into bringing your own bedding and comforts.

(Tents will be supplied with solar and battery lighting and mats)

Wedding Bell Tent Hire

Terms & Conditions

Food not included. Each setup may vary from pictures shown. Each tent requires a minimum of 7x7 metres of flat level grass. Prices include delivery, pitching, furnishing, dismantling, & collection within 25 miles of Halstead, Essex.

 

A refundable damage deposit it required to secure your booking. When you make your booking, you pay a deposit of £100 of the bell tent hire cost. We will send you a final invoice for the balance of your payment 7 days before the date of your hire. A damage deposit, often called a damage waiver, is a refundable deposit you pay in case you damage the tent or any of the equipment. It’s very rare for our tents and stock to be damaged, but it does occasionally happen. The damage waiver is £100 per tent.

We offer our tents for weekend hire (2/3 nights) You can have the tent for one night but our pricing remains the same as this is based on workload. 

​

In the unfortunate occurrence that we have to cancel our hire due to high winds (which are the main concern when erecting the tents) we will offer you a full refund or do our best to change the dates for you. Unlike other events the weather can affect plans, so it is worth having a back-up option or insurance to cover any loss you may have for this eventuality.
